Moore & Moore Garden Center Visit

It was such a great day for a walk in TASK, and we had an adventure at the Moore & Moore Garden Center. We saw our old friend kitty, he's 18 years old. Then we took a tour of the facility and saw a lot of creepy scarecrows! We discussed how bees help to pollinate the flowers and how important they are to our world. We saw a bunch of butterflies on lavender bushes and we also took a tour through a tree maze and Christmas tree village. The highlight of the tour was getting to plant our very own petunia flower pots. Mr. Chris let us pick out 2 of the prettiest petunias a piece for all 20 of our friends. Thank you so much Mrs. Robyn and Mr. Deacon for letting our children get their hands dirty and making a difference learning how to grow!
