If it won't rain we will make rain!!

We were also able to make colorful rain clouds this week using; water, food coloring, shaving cream, and  syringes.


Step 1: Fill a container with water and leave about 1 1/2 inches
Step 2: Pour shaving cream on top of water (it floats!!)
Step 3: In a cup add a few drops of food coloring to water
Step 4: Take your syringe and drop food colored water to shaving cream.

The colors will seep down and look like lightening in the water below!! It gets a little messy but is a very inexpensive experiment that not only did the children enjoy, but I did as well!!
